If you need help choosing a product, please contact us before placing your order. Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing your order.

Available payment methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable items.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver across Egypt through international courier companies DHL and Aramex.

Shipping to all countries worldwide will be available soon. We currently deliver within Egypt only.

Please refer to our Shipping page for estimated delivery times. Delivery estimates are calculated from the completion of your purchase and may vary during public holidays.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, we may be unable to change or stop the shipment.

RETURNS POLICY

Requesting a Return

Please email contact@lorevianne.com with your order number or proof of purchase and details of your request.

Fragrances — Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the fragrance remains unopened, unused, and untested.

The original manufacturer’s cellophane must remain intact, without cuts, removal, or rewrapping. Please return the product in its original box with all contents.

Opened or tested fragrances are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, including returns based on personal scent preference,

Returned items are inspected to verify their condition and that they match the original order. Courier collection does not constitute final acceptance.

Human hair extensions

Inspection and Refunds

Returned items are inspected to verify their condition and that they match the original order. Courier collection does not constitute final acceptance.

For returned products, only the product value will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.

Credit or Debit Card Payments Made on the Website

Refunds will be issued to the card used for the purchase. Once the returned products have been received and accepted, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
